  3. Add milk and beat for 3-4 min.

  5. Transfer the batter in a Grease cake tin.
  6. Preheat Kadai for 10 min in low flame.Then set the cake Tin in kadai and bake for 40 minutes in low flame.
  7. After 40 minutes open the lid and check the cake by a toothpick.if it will come clear then your cake is ready.
  8. Cool completely then demould the cake and divide the cake into two layers by using a knife.
  9. Brush 1 tsp sugar syrup in each layer.
  10. Warm up fresh cream a little then add chopped dark chocolate and butter mix continously for 2-3 minutes.
  11. Put a layer of chocolate ganache and spread evenly then set another layer and cover the cake with chocolate ganache.spread well and decorate with a chocolate flower..
  12. Keep it in fridge for 2 hours.
  13. Chocolate cake is ready.
